What is the Tower of Power?

The Tower of Power is a simple and highly effective combination of Siege's spells Higher Ground and Foxhole with 10 Long Gunners. Both templates can be placed over one another, and all the Long Gunners, along with a solo or 2, can be piled into them. While within the Tower, the Long Gunners have: +6 Defense against ranged and magic attacks; the ability to ignore any small based model when drawing LOS to their target; immunity to blast damage; and what is effectively Ranking Fire with all the models that are also in the Tower. The enemy can only target the front line of Long Gunners as well, giving the Long Gunners a survivability they usually lack, since they are not lined up in a row and need not worry about AOEs.
