Bill Gilson contacted me by email today to let me know that Erie's Day of Gaming is go for 10-11-2008. I went there last year and had a great time!
" Just wanted you to know that Erie's Day of Gaming (EDOG) 2008 is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 9am to 9pm at the Travelodge at I-90 & Rt. 8 again (Banquet Room this time!). We are currently execepting scheduling for games to be run, so if you want to run an event, contact Stephen Huckaby at Smhuckaby557@cs.com and let him know. We are going to be playing minature tabletop games (historical, Warhammer 40K, Heroclix, ect.) , board games (Settlers, Ticket to Ride, Carcassone, ect.), some card games (Star Wars, Star Trek, L5R, ect. - NO Magic), and this year we are opening the Con to RPG's ( D&D, Call of Cthulhu, GURPS, ect. - NO LARPs). If you know anyone that would be interested in the Con, PLEASE send this email to them ( I don't have everyones e-mail address - lol). We hope to see you all there and our friends from the surrounding areas again - Ohio, NY & Canada!!!! Thanks !!!"

I am currently planning to run some kind of PP event at the Convention.
