MAGNUS vs. CAINE

John and I got together to play a 750 point game of WARMACHINE today. I had a lot of fun.

He took Epic Magnus and a whole bunch of Steelheads. His army was solid, and tough.

I took Epic Caine along with Trenchers, Long Gunnners, and a bunch of Mercs. Junior was along for the ride.

I was super lucky today, and John's dice were coming up 1's a lot. It's the Pressganger curse!





This picture was taken simply because I thought it was funny. Caine had been posted up behind a rock wall, shooting whatever came close enough. Stannis rode up, took a swing, and missed. Luckily Caine filled him full of lead. Next turn however, Caine had to figure out how to deal with the remaining Steelhead Cav. This required the use of Magic Bullet, and climbing up on the wall. (We decided it was okay to do that at the time.) To prop Caine up, I used Reinholdt, so it made it look like Caine was standing on the Gobber's head to get the shots off.

Amusing.

John got me in the end. After a long, brutal battle he was able to charge Caine with a Renegade. A few dice rolls later, there was no more Gatecrashing and Magic Bulleting going on for Cygnar.
