FERALGEIST AND INCORPOREAL

Honest to the God, the Feralgeist drives me batty.
It probably shouldn't ... but ... it does.
It's been on the List for awhile.
It was a hot topic of email conversation before the GO WILD! event.
And recently I was privy to a situation that I never considered.
So, as I am in the habit of doing ... I will share.

The Feralgeist is always incorporeal. You kill it with magic attacks, animi, spells, feats or attacks that have the ability to damage models only affected by magic attacks. The Feralgeist remains Incorporeal at all times unless a special rule causes it to lose its special ability. (Example is to think of a model having or losing Pathfinder.) Pistol Wraiths, Machine Wraiths and Feralgeist all become corporeal when they
make attacks. The bad news is that the Feralgeist does not make attacks. The
Machine Wraith turns corporeal when he leaves a warjack. That is according to
Melding. The bad news is that Feralgeist does not have Melding. Spirit Bind says
nothing about turning corporeal when it leaves a beast. So it's always Incorporeal unless a special external rule causes it to stop being so.

Thanks to the Infernals for bringing this to our attention. Never really considered this.
