$5 entry fee

Players must use the same army list throughout the entire game.
Bring 2-4 copies of your army list for opponents.
Bring 1 copy to submit to the Press Ganger.

Armies must be made up of models from a single faction although they may include mercenaries that will work for the faction played. Players may only play with released WARMACHINE models, proxies are unacceptable. Iron Kingdom RPG minatures may be used but must be checked and approved before the game by the Press Ganger. Players cannot go over the point limit of the event but maychose to play with fewer points. Game scale is 500 so one warcaster. No epics at 500 point level. Troops and warjacks are restricted by
their field allowance. Once the tournament begins players will not be allowed to alter their army composition.

Players are required to bring cards for each model or unit, a measuring device, dice, a dry erase marker or pen, appropriate templates, and tokens totrack focus, spells, ect. Cards will be used to track model damage. Photocopies are acceptable provided a clean copy is used for each model duringeach round.

Army lists are considered open so your opponent may ask to see your cards or records at anytime. If your opponent requests to see your armylist you must show it to him. Please be quick and forthcoming with your records.

Although Privateer Press usually has no painting requirement for participation in tournament gaming, Gatehouse Games has a strict house rule that all models must be fully assembled, flocked, and painted (3 colors minimum) to play. Unpainted models are not allowed to be used at this tournament. If you have questions about this rule, please contact Tim at Gatehouse Games for clarification and information.

Winners will be decided by Tournament Points.
Victory Points and Rating will used for pairing.
Last Round will be called at 50 minutes.
At the time last round is called each player completes their final turn. If the player that started the tourney has already completed his turn then only the second player needs to take his. That way the player that went first cannot have moreturns than his opponent.
Play fast, play hard.
Play like you've got a pair!

Games will be played on 4’x4’ areas with 10” deployment zones.
At the start of the game players will roll-off to determine who sets upand moves first.
The player that wins the roll has the option of going first or having their opponent begin. The player that sets up first will move first.
The Press Ganger will place terrain before players begin set up. The standard victory condition will be killing the enemy warcaster which will result in 5 tournament points.
Scenarios in each game will provide additonal tournament points.
Players are advised to create well-rounded armies that are prepared for any eventuality.

The intention of a tournament is for players to have a good time. Please be courteous and patient with your opponents and Press Ganger.
Be open and receptive to the Press Ganger’s rulings even if you do not agree with them.
The Press Ganger is human, and can make mistakes.
At times, the Press Ganger will allow for open discussion from the players to come to a mutual agreement. If you are asked to make a mutual agreement, speak your mind in a respectful manner. If you agree to something mutually with a fellow player, don't complain later.
The Press Ganger always has the final say on all rules questions or debates in order to speedily return to game play.
Rules will be taken strictly from the current FAQ + Errata.
Any errata or clarifications from the rules forum that have not been added to the current FAQ are not official.

There will be a Hordes and Warmachine Grand Prize Winner.
